WE GO TOGETHER - GREASE SOUNDTRACK

To secure the date we need you to send us back the downloadable school event contract (see links below) and a $100.00 deposit.  You have 7 days to get this in or your date becomes available to other interested parties.  Once we get this you will be in our calendar and the date will be reserved.  We will also send you back a confirmation packet and copies of the contract, an invoice stating you made the deposit along with remaining balance.

**You may also want to send us any specific song selections your students wish to hear. This isn't something you have to do but always comes in handy for us.  Every school has different tastes in what the students feel are "cool"!  We would like those songs suggestions at least a week prior to your school event or dance date.

There are a couple ways you can send us your contract and deposit:

 

1.  If you feel tech savvy you may download either the PDF or WORD school events contract (see links below) .  Once downloaded, fill out the provided text boxes by typing in your information.  Save the contract and email it back to us at info@mitdj.com.  You may then pay your $100.00 deposit through our online payment gateway by clicking on the link below. This takes care of booking with us the paperless method.

2. The "old fashioned" way!  That is to download and print off either the PDF or WORD school events contract (see links below) and fill it out by hand.  Then send in your $100.00 deposit check made out to Joe Lober along with the contract in the U.S. mail to the address on the top of the contract.
